- 4 eggs
- ½ cup olive oil
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cups sugar ( use 2 if you like it sweet)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- ½ cup confectioner's sugar
