Ingredients
- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated sugar cookies
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pouch (7 oz) white cookie icing
- White and black sparkling sugar
- 1 pouch (7 oz) green cookie icing
- 1 pouch (7 oz) blue cookie icing
- 1 tube (4.25 oz) black decorating icing
- 1 tube (4.25 oz) red decorating icing
- 24 snowflake candy sprinkles
- 72 red cinnamon candies
- 1 oz orange fondant
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, break up cookie dough. Knead in flour until well blended.
- On lightly floured surface, roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with floured 4-inch snowman-shaped cookie cutter. On ungreased cookie sheet, place cutouts 1 inch apart.
- Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely.
- Spread white icing on cookies. Sprinkle white sugar on bodies and faces; sprinkle black sugar on hats. Use green and blue icing to add scarves. Use black decorating icing to add eyes and mouths. Use red decorating icing to add hatbands; place snowflake sprinkle on each hatband. Shape orange fondant into very small nose shapes; add 1 nose to each snowman. Add 3 cinnamon candies to each snowman for buttons. Let stand until icing is set. Store between layers of waxed paper or foil.
