Make this fudge every December & give most of it away. It freezes great and lasts much longer that way. Started making this with my grandmother, 15 years ago and she called it her never fail 7-minute fudge. Still use the 7-minute gauge myself and never fails. It’s fantastic and so easy to make! Friends & relatives at my Christmas party fought for the last piece!

  8. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  9. 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  10. 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Boil uncovered over medium heat without stirring for 5 minutes.
