This fudge is a fabulous way to get a delicious treat on a hot summers day. Plus it’s just plain pretty.

Chocolate Layer
  1. 1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  3. 8 ounces milk chocolate, melted and cooled
Raspberry Layer
  1. 1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  3. 8 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
  4. 1 tablespoon McCormick Raspberry Extract
  5. 2-3 drops red gel food coloring (optional)
Vanilla Layer
  1. 1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  2. 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  3. 8 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
