Ingredients
  1. 28 regular size marshmallows
  2. 1 (4.67 ounce) box Andes™ Crème de Menthe mints
Instructions
  1. Set oven to broil. Place marshmallows on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Place cookie sheet on the first rack directly under the broiler. Watch carefully, the marshmallows brown quickly! Remove the marshmallows when golden brown.
  3. Immediately push the unwrapped mints into the top of the warm toasted marshmallow.
  4. Let the mints melt into the marshmallows.
  5. Enjoy the melty, minty marshmallow goodness.
